From Signatory’s 100 Proof series, we have a powerful trio: the bold and savoury Mortlach 12 Year Old, a rich Glenrothes 10 Year Old matured in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts and a stunning Orkney (Highland Park) 14 Year Old, finished in rare 1st fill Palo Cortado sherry casks, a real highlight of the release.
